I tried getting in touch with Fox Airsoft about my order, but I never really got a helpful response. I sent a couple of emails and waited several days, but it felt like I was just being ignored.

I’m not saying their products are bad, but the customer service experience was really frustrating. When something goes wrong with an order, you just want a clear answer, and not getting one left me disappointed.

"Selection was okay, but also kind of a letdown"
I was browsing Fox Airsoft for a few parts and maybe another gun, and the selection felt limited. Some of the stuff I actually wanted was either out of stock or just not there, which got annoying quick. They do have some decent options, though, so it’s not like the site is useless or anything. I guess I expected more variety, and then somehow I was still surprised when I couldn’t find much. Overall, not a terrible experience, but also not really what I was hoping for

I ordered a few parts thinking they’d get moving quickly, but they just sat there for days with no real update. At first I was annoyed, then I kept checking the tracking and got even more frustrated because it barely changed. When the package finally showed up, I was relieved and the parts were totally fine, so that was good. But the wait really threw me off. If I need something fast, I definitely wouldn’t order this way again.

"I found the site hard..."
I found the site hard to use, honestly. I was trying to look for a few airsoft parts and kept ending up in circles. The filters weren’t much help, the pages felt cluttered, and some of the product details weren’t easy to find.

The checkout was also clunky, and I wasn’t sure if my cart had updated properly. On top of that, I had to chase them when I had a question, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Maybe others have a smoother time with it, but I ended up giving up.

"I ordered some mags and a battery..."
I ordered some mags and a battery, but when the package showed up it had different mags and no battery at all lol. I reached out to support and it took them days to respond, and it still didn’t really get fixed. Frustrating tbh

"Product page had the wrong specs"
I was disappointed because the specs listed on the product page didn’t match what I actually received. I made my decision based on that info, so it was frustrating to realize it was wrong after the fact. it left me feeling let down.

"Stock info could be better"
I’ll be fair and say the site was easy enough to use, but the inventory wasn’t very accurate. A bunch of items showed as in stock, and then after ordering I found out they weren’t actually available. That held up my order and I had to rethink my plans, which was frustrating since I needed the parts quickly. I get that stock can change, but it would be a lot better if the availability was updated more reliably.

I had a frustrating experience trying to get a warranty repair handled. Nobody ever seemed to clearly own the issue, so I kept getting passed around and had to chase them for updates myself. The whole process dragged on way longer than it should have, and even after all that, it still didn’t feel like the repair was actually done right. after dealing with that, I wouldn’t buy from them again

"Box arrived crushed"
The box showed up crushed, which was disappointing. I don’t expect anything fancy, but I do think the packaging should be sturdy enough to protect the item during shipping. Definitely below my usual standard for how something should arrive.

"Felt a little pricey for what I ended up getting"
I ordered a couple of airsoft parts from Fox Airsoft, and to be fair, the website was simple to use. I didn’t have any issues finding what I needed or placing the order, but once I looked around at a few other shops afterward, the prices seemed a bit on the high side to me.

The shipping cost also caught me off guard a little, and by the time everything was added up, the total just didn’t feel like the best value. My order arrived fine and there wasn’t anything actually wrong with it, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly, just more expensive than I personally expected.

I could see myself ordering from them again if they had a specific part I couldn’t find elsewhere, but for everyday airsoft stuff, I’d probably compare prices first. In my opinion, they seem convenient, but not always the most budget-friendly option.

I went in expecting clear help, but the staff seemed unsure and kept giving me mixed advice. It felt a little like a bait and switch, because what I thought I was getting guidance on ended up being confusing and not very helpful

"Return process was more stressful than it should’ve been"
I sent the item back and then had to keep following up about my refund, which was frustrating. I was already in a impatient mood that week, so the slow replies definitely didn’t help. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it took way longer than it should have
